Return Policies
Return Policy for Online Purchases
Applies to all purchase made Online or processed Online after November 1, 2004. If your purchase was previous to this time period, please Click Here.
At Frankel's Costume we stand behind our product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if a return/exchange is needed. Simply call us at 1 (713) 228-9431, or EMAIL US and we will be happy to assist you! Please call or email before sending a return.
Special Notes:
- Costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them.
- All returns must be approved and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once you have received an RA please write it on the box before returning. Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Please note that these are costumes and not clothing garments. They are not expected to be of the same quality as clothing garments.
Return Guidelines:
All returns must be approved and issued a Return Authorization number. Once you have received an RA please write it on the box before returning. All unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, if return is found acceptable. Unacceptable returns will not be refunded.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please call us immediately.
- The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges including exchanges/returns. Exceptions to the this are, mistakes made by our company when shipping the product.
- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Exclusions to this are:
- Changes are made to the order or order is canceled before it is shipped.
- Fault lies on our company in order fulfillment or shipping.
- OFD Manager On Duty approval.
- Shoes and clothing can be exchanged or returned, but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear. Product(s) must also have original packaging and tags.
- Lingerie and swimwear that has been worn cannot be returned. If you receive our Bikini or Lingerie and it doesn't fit the way you like, or for some reason you are not completely satisfied, return it with the tags still attached.
- Makeup cannot be returned due to Health dept regulations.
- Videos that are found to be defective can be exchanged but only for the same item.
- Clearance merchandise cannot be returned/exchanged. All clearance sales are final.
Return Courier
When sending a return it is recommended that you use a parcel service such as Federal Express, UPS, or DHL that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request.
