Frequently asked questions general information.

Catalogue

We do not produce a printed catalogue of our products, but you can view every product we offer online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are always adding new products so check with us regularly. You can also request to be added to our mailing list to be notified of new product arrivals and announcements.

Security

Our shopping cart system uses a Secure Socket Layer(SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure.

Ordering

How to Order

To order a product simply press the "Add To Cart" button appearing to the right of the product's description.

Payment Types

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Off Line Ordering

Off line ordering is also available. For off line ordering please use the Contact Us link appearing under the "Main" button for information on how to contact us to place an order over the phone.

International Ordering

We do accept international orders. This does exclude the following regions: Indonesia and Nigeria.

International Shipping Times

International orders typically take 3 -5 business days to arrive.

Billing, Order Processing, and Shipping Information

Billing

The name appearing on your bill and package will be "Frankel's Costume CO., Inc."

P.O.s and A.P.O.s

We DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please supply a home or work address.

Processing Time

If your order is placed before 4:30pm Central Standard Time, your order will go out the same day - unless item is out of stock. However, if there is a note on the products description page stating a wait please plan accordingly. If an order is received after the previously stated time, we will ship your order the following business day.

Shipping Costs

If you would like a quote on shipping please include the following. 1) Your exact address (Street Number, Street Name, City, State or Province, Zip Code, and Country). 2) All of the products you wish to order. With out this information we can only give you an approximation of the shipping cost.

Shipping Options

Choose a shipping method from the drop down menu appearing on the third page of the check out. Choices will be Fed Ex ground (3 Day), Fed Ex 2nd day (2day), and Fed Ex Next Day. With the exception of Fed Ex Next Day, please add a day for processing by Fed Ex, i.e.. you order on monday your package will be there by Thursday. Someone MUST be available to accept the package at the address you provide. If no one is available to accept the package at the time of attempt, Fed Ex will leave a note on your front door. You can choose to have Fed Ex leave the package at that address or a neighbors house. Simply mark it on the attempt note left by Fed Ex. If you choose to have Fed Ex leave your package without having someone available to accept it we can not be held responsible for theft.

Notification of Order

You will receive two e-mails concerning your order. 1) A confirmation e-mail describing what you ordered, your information, and the time and date of the order. 2) An e-mail from FedEx confirming that your package has been shipped and the Fed Ex tracking number. Through Federal Express's web site you can use that tracking number to find out the status of your package. So please be sure to check your e-mail.
